New CD in 07!

Sunday, December 10th, 2006

Hey everybody,

Sorry about the downtime of the Dot Net site and for the delay in updates.  I’ll be posting some new Ask Bobs and fanmails soon, but as far as the new CD is concerned, we’re working on it and we’re already in the recording process.  We’re looking at an early 07 release if everything goes well so stay tuned to the sites!

Third Album in the Works!

Tuesday, May 10th, 2005

Just a quick update to let you all know that I’ve officially begun work on the third album. So far I’m really happy with what I’ve been writing, and I’ll be getting together with the band soon to start piecing the songs together and playing them. Who knows, I may sneak some of the new material into a concert here and there as well, so be sure to catch the live shows when they’re near you. The next show will be in Poughkeepsie, NY. If you’re in the area I hope to see you there!

New Community Site!

Saturday, March 19th, 2005

Welcome to the new community site! This site was made because there’s simply too many things happening between Ask Bob, Fan Art Submissions, The Radio Show, News, Press, and Fan Mails that it’s easier to combine them all into an easily navigated and maintained site.

It is now possible to leave comments on all of the posting here. Please note, that any comments that are attacks on Bob, on a bandmember, or on the poster of questions or fan arts or mails here on the site will be removed. Let’s keep it civil.

Enjoy!

Spoke with Bowling For Soup!

Friday, January 7th, 2005

Today I spoke with Jaret Reddick, lead singer from Bowling For Soup. I contacted Jaret because they are going to be playing in Providence at Lupos next month and I was hoping I could get Bob an opening gig for the show. Jaret said he will check out the band but this tour they are on is all full with 4 openers and they can’t do 5 opening bands on this tour so lets hope we get in with them on their next tour!!! Jaret really does seem like a super guy and to be honest I was somewhat amazed that he took the time to contact me back considering he is busy with his present tour. I guess Jaret knows quality when he see’s it so lets hope that Bob Ricci and the Band will be doing a show with Jaret in the very near future! Afterall, BobRicci.com is getting over 350,000 hits a day now so we gotta do something to give all those fans a place to rock right?
